Agente de Inteligência Artificial para o Desenvolvimento de Soft Skills em Acadêmicos de Secretariado Executivo: Uma Abordagem Baseada no Ciclo de Kolb
Main Article Content
Abstract
In a professional context marked by rapid technological and organizational transformations, behavioral competencies such as communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability have become strategic differentiators, especially in fields that require intense interpersonal interaction. Given this scenario, this study aims to develop an Artificial Intelligence (AI) agent focused on training soft skills in Executive Secretariat students, grounded in Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle. This is a qualitative and exploratory study based on a theoretical review and the construction of an applied model structured through prompts aligned with the four stages of Kolb’s cycle: concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation. During the development process, the prototype was internally tested by the researchers themselves, enabling progressive adjustments to the agent’s structure and prompts. As a result, a training agent was developed to simulate professional situations, promote guided reflection, relate simulated experiences to concepts and strategies associated with the competencies addressed, and enable their application in new situations. The development results indicate the possibility of articulating Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) with Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle in structuring learning experiences aimed at soft skills development in the Executive Secretariat field.
